Hello this is Travis McKnight and I’m running the Japanese restaurants selling a variety of sushi menus in this town. It’s been already 3 years since we opened this restaurant in our business is quite good actually the number of the customer is visiting us is continuously increasing especially during the dinnertime. Even though I’m very satisfied with the well operating business and its income I always have in mind that I have to keep doing something for further success. One day I saw some of our customers standing near the entrance waiting for their turn and I realized that there must be something needs to be done to prevent that kind of situation from happening again. So I decided to make more waiting areas for our customers. However one of our staff members suggested that we could set more tables rather than making a waiting area. According to his report for the last 10 days the number of the waiting customers has never been over 10. Therefore although I placed 2 more tables there might be no problems. Plus I could expect a higher income from those 2 tables as well. However if I make a waiting area I can give a better first impression on our customers including the first visitors and it will definitely have a positive impact on our business. I don’t know which one will be the right choice can you please help me out here after you check my message please give me a call thank you.
